F. Alan Schultheis

Founder and Chairman, Turning Point

Alan has more than 30 years experience in product and business development, marketing and outsourcing. He has also been instrumental in successful business start-ups and turnarounds.

Most recently he was a partner in Edgar, Dunn & Company (EDC), an internationally recognized strategy consulting firm. Before joining EDC, Alan founded and led a loyalty marketing company which served various retailers, membership and service companies.

Prior to that, he was with AT&T. First as Chief Marketing Officer for their card division which, in three short years, become the third largest credit card issuer in the United States and earned the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. After Universal Card, Alan was Managing Partner for AT&T Solutions, a consulting division of AT&T, and helped develop a successful and profitable international business process outsourcing company.

Alan was with MasterCard International for eight years where he was also Chief Marketing Officer. He spent his early career with American Express. He earned a BS in Business Administration at the University of Vermont.

Lynn D. Hoggan

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoggan Health Industries, Lynn and his organization have been involved in hundreds of innovations within the medical, wellness and fitness industries.

He specialized in equipment maintenance while fulfilling his military duties and earned a BS in Management at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah during the same period of time. He holds over 30 United States Patents.
