
To bring such a ground-breaking exercise and conditioning device to fruition, we sought out people with experience, expertise and innovative
spirit.
Turning Point's Advisory Board is comprised of professionals with extensive experience in the disciplines that are crucial to the
product's effective performance and includes experts in bioengineering, spinal surgery, golf training and instruction, exercise
physiology and physical therapy/rehabilitation. Working with Turning Point's management and development teams, the Advisory Board
will challenge the development to date, evaluate the test results and help direct the final refinement of the product's design,
specifications and protocols. These efforts will be completed in the first half of 2008.

Vijay Goel, Ph.D, Chairman Member TTP Board of Directors
Dr. Goel has recently been appointed the Endowed Chair & McMaster-Gardner Professor of Orthopaedic Bioengineering while
retaining his position as Co-Director, Engineering Center for Orthopaedic Research Excellence (E-CORE) at the University of
Toledo. Prior to this recognition he was Chairman of the Bioengineering Department of the University of Toledo.

Edward Benzel, M.D.
Dr. Benzel is Director Cleveland Clinic Center for Spine Health with joint appointments in the Departments of Neurosurgery and
Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also Department Chair, Department of Neurosurgery and Program Director of the Neurosurgery
Residency Training Program and is widely published.

Lee Burton, Ph.D.
Dr. Burton earned his Ph.D from Virginia Tech with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Wellness. He is the Program Director for
Athletic Training at Averett University and founded the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). FMS evaluates and documents movement
patterns and is widely used throughout collegiate and professional sports to help guide player development.

Patricia A. Eisenman, Ph.D FACSM
Dr. Eisenman is Associate Dean, University of Utah College of Health and a professor of Exercise Physiology. In addition to her
teaching responsibilities, she has conducted extensive research related to fitness and athletic performance among female athletes,
is widely published and has served on the Editorial Board of ACSM Health and Fitness Journal.

Roger Knick
Roger is a Class A PGA Professional and founder of The Golf Performance Center. After 15 years in competitive golf, both as a
player and a coach, he has developed a powerful new approach to improving golfer's performance by combining technology, exercise
physiology and traditional techniques.

Earl Van Wagoner
Earl is Chief Engineer and Designer for Turning Point and Hoggan Health Industries. He has over 20 years of professional experience
in biomedical engineering, product design, and R & D designing musculoskeletal evaluation equipment, exercise and rehabilitation
equipment. He has been on the faculty of the University of Utah's School of Medicine, Orthopedic Division, the Department of
Bioengineering Advisory Board, the College of Health Board and has worked with several professional sports groups and organizations
including the United States Olympic Committee. Earl has nine patents to his credit, and has published numerous articles.
